I had the privilege of observing 4 of your staff as they interacted with brain injury clients at NRC Middleboro for quite a few years. Their names are Jane Quintal, JoAnn Rand, Kathy Lavoie and Chuck (their transportation chauffer). These folks showed such compassion to their clients and the clients’ families. As well as, demonstrating their “whole team” approach to assist in facilitating the maximum outcome for their clients treatment goals. These four staff members of your team are inspiring individuals, who truly care about human beings with disabilities. I am honored to have a small part in their working with the residents at NRC Middleboro.
